Joy

I recently attended a Women's Retreat and was encouraged to think of the new name that God had for me in Jesus. I came up with Joy. A couple of weeks prior, I was up in my master bathroom after Amberly and Jonah had left for school. Benjamin came running up the stairs and bounded into my bathroom; "I heard singing mom, was that you singing?" I was struck by the fact that he had not remembered hearing me singing for a long time. Too long. My prayer now, as it was at the retreat, is "restore unto me the JOY of my salvation." Keep singing moms, or start today!
